1. The Story

Teach the Cisco sales force about key Cisco technologies and their benefits?
Provide the hard-working Cisco sales force with a fun way to learn about products, services and selling strategies, while rewarding them with a uniquely entertaining experience.

2. The Medium

We created a branded entertainment sitcom-style story under the direction of Ted Bramble that had interstitials throughout, which allowed users to make decisions thus effecting the outcome of the story/experience. Interactive games made learning entertaining and engaging and tied into the storyline of the overarching story.

3. The Conclusion

The game with the deepest amount of educational content achieved an average of five play-throughs per player. Unexpectedly, the game gained the attention and praise of key members of senior management who got involved and played as well. The game was a part of a larger experience called GSX and won a gold at the EX Awards.
